Weld-Off

Open to students in grades 10 – 12 

The day includes a welding competition, written test, tour of LATC’s Welding Technology program, an Industry Roundtable, lunch and awards.  You will also have the opportunity to tour any two of the following programs:  Precision Machining, Robotics/Electronics, Energy Technology/Operations, Agriculture, Diesel Technology, Building Trades, Heavy Equipment Operator, Custom Paint & Fabrication and Automotive Technology programs.  Two levels of competition: 0 – 1 Year of Experience and More than 1 Year of Experience.  Registration deadline is November 16.
