      Lake Area Technical College requires a $25 non-refundable fee, which is to accompany this online application for admission. Please have your credit card information available at the end of this application. Admissions staff will connect with you soon to discuss next steps.
      Please note: An application for current students who wish to change programs is available on My Portal (Student tab -> My Forms).

      In addition to completing this application, please send the following information to the address below:

      • a transcript from the last high school you attended (or GED certificate),
      • any post-secondary transcripts (if applicable), and
      • an ACT score (if available)

      Some programs may request additional information or testing. Your file will not be complete until this information is received.
